The workshop is at Bais Yaakov Saranac on June 24th from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM
This workshop focuses on how to best interview and select a job candidate in order to minimize costly staff turnover.
This interviewing system will cover:
1) How to compose an effective ad that creates the best responses.
2) How to screen the responses and select only the candidates that seem to fit your needs.
3) How to conduct the interview.
4) The use of "role playing" in interviewing.
5) How to investigate the final candidates to make the right selection.
Presented by Herman Frances, Ex CEO of GH International, a roof coating and chemical manufacturing company. In his career, Herman has been a Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Divisional Manager, and owner and President.
